You can be as simple or over-the-top elaborate with your buffet table.  I always use boxes to add height, show-case a particular dish, create different levels, and conserve space!  I also use lots of wrought iron racks & stands for the same reasons.  Throw in some fresh flowers and voila!  A masterpiece of food display!  Your guests will be floored!  Email me if you have any questions or need ideas!
